Keeping a Glow this Holiday Season
  • Nightly Face Washing- It’s tempting to fall asleep with a face full of makeup on, especially if you had a few too many drinks, but sleeping in your makeup will clog your pores and attract acne-inducing bacteria that will leave you bumpy and miserable. And if that isn’t enough of a deterrent, it’s suggested that sleeping in makeup can cause your skin to age prematurely!
  • Drink Some H2O– Drinking water helps the body’s digestive system by flushing out toxins, which will keep your skin supple and glowing by default. 
  • Grab Your Blender- Believe it or not, drinking carrot juice can give your skin a super-fast pick-me-up. Carrots are abundant in the antioxidant carotenoid and vitamin C, which are said to help purify the blood and keep your skin fresh and glowing.
