For me, December has always been a month of sharing, family, love, and introspection. I like to take a look back at the year and assess myself. Have I achieved my goals? Have I been the best that I could be? Although those questions are nearly impossible to answer, the holiday season always leaves me filled with hope and optimism for a better and brighter new year ahead.

So many people come to me asking what they can do to improve themselves. I handle the easy stuff. If you want to get rid of cellulite or stubborn belly fat, I got you covered! Want to diminish the look of your crow’s feet and marionette lines?

Done! It’s a gratifying job to be able to help people achieve their best self, but one thing I always encourage my patients and all my loved ones to do is make sure they take care of their skin and themselves from the inside out too.
For the New Year, I encourage everyone to eat more fruits and vegetables, work out more often, and above all, take time out for your inner peace.

We spend so much time focusing on how to get the look we want, but that is only one piece of the puzzle. Being the best version of ourselves requires discipline and tons of self- love. Eating fresh vegetables, rich in antioxidants, and 30- minutes of exercise part of your daily routine will have a profound impact on the way you look and feel. I guarantee by this time next year, when you ask yourself, “Have I been the best version of myself,” the answer would be a definite, “Yes!”
